Launching early in 2026, our new  therapeutic service is a programme created with and for men who want a  life of depth, meaning, purpose, connection and transformation.

The service will comprise a mixture of groups, workshops, courses and one-to-one therapy to enable men to: 

• deal with anger, stress, burnout, and overwhelm;
• develop healthier habits;
• learn new tools for self-mastery;
• regain control of life and get back on track; and
• build self-esteem and confidence.

 Amongst other things, the first offerings will include: 

• an eight-week mindfulness stress reduction course;
• a communication workshop;
• a yoga the nervous system workshop;
• a journalling and life-mapping workshop; and 
• transformational coaching. 

Volunteer for our community initiatives and make a positive impact. We offer a variety of opportunities that cater to different interests and skills.
